What is the benefit of a physical device?
The only way to access your apps is to tap the Tap Out - physically. Removing proximity makes increases friction to makes the bad habit to constantly open your distracting apps hard.

What if I lose my Tap Out?
In the unlikely case that you lose your Tap Out Point, You will always be able to access your apps with an emergency Tap In. But to use the app again, you will need another Tap Out Point.
Do you have access to data of which apps I block?
Nope - all information about which apps you block is stored only on your iPhone.
Where can I find the iOS app?
What if I'm not happy?
You can always return your Tap Out within 30-days after receiving it if you're not fully satisfied, and we will give you a full refund.
Can I use Tap Out on an Android phone?
Currently, Tap Out is only available for iOS for iPhone. We are working on developing an Android App, but we still need some time.
Where is Tap Out based and can I trust you?
Tap Out is based in Amsterdam. We develop the app and manufacture the Tap Outs in the Netherlands. You can reach our customer support through e-mail or WhatsApp.
